Mula kerja 8.30 pagi atau Sampai Pejabat 8.30 pagi?
Cuba kita rujuk balik surat pelantikan, Waktu kerja 8.30 pagi atau Sampai pejabat 8.30 pagi.
Aku pun dah KONFIUS, banyak tafsiran.
Surat lantikan saya tertulis, Waktu Pejabat 8.30 pagi sampai 5.30 petang.
WORKING DAYS AND HOURS (dari prosidur syarikat)
5.1 The Company’s official working days and hours are: Mondays – Fridays : 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
5.2 A one-hour lunch break for each employee shall be between 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. with the exception of Fridays where only muslim male employee shall have a lunch break from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. to perform Friday Prayer.
5.3 The Company may vary the prescribed working days and hours depending on operational needs.5.4 Employee engaged in shift work - since the Company operates on a 24 hour basis, the time work commences and ends will be determined by the Company based on operational needs. The average working hours per week is 42 hours (excluding lunch break).
Emm, kena ada dalam pejabat waktu tu lah kutt...
Kalau gitu macamana kalau 8.30pg sampai kat besmen,
masih kat pantry(tengah minum/baru nak sarapan).
Semua itu kat luar pejabat ke???
Jawapan rasanya ada PADA diri Masing2....
Kalau dah biasa yg BAIK2(Halal), tentulah CARI yg BAIK2.
Bukannya mengikut yg TAK BAIK....
